Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform and prepare patients for blood draws and perform blood draws.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including glove use and needle disposal.
• Accurately label blood samples with patient information.
• Store and transport samples to the laboratory promptly.
• Enter blood draw and patient details into the medical records system.
• Regularly check and maintain phlebotomy equipment.
