Job summary

Salt Lake County is seeking an Immunization Program Support role to serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone. You will assist with program information, scheduling, and office tasks to keep operations smooth.

The position requires at least one year of related experience, English fluency, and the ability to pass a background check and RAP Back enrollment. A team environment with strong community impact awaits.

Qualifications

• One year of closely related experience.
• Background check including fingerprinting and RAP Back program may be required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet visitors; relay calls and messages.
• Provide general office support and inform customers about services.
• Schedule meetings and prepare materials; manage client registrations and reminders.
• Process vouchers, certificates, and permits; record transactions and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and purge/archive confidential documents.
• Receive deliveries and stamp dates; distribute to appropriate division.
• Provide division-specific information and assist customers with data gathering.
• Analyze program reports and prepare documents; proofread and correct as needed.
• Utilize computers and software to support office functions.
