Job summary

Salt Lake County is seeking an Immunization Program Support specialist to provide customer service both in person and by phone. The role supports immunization information, schedules, and office operations in a public health setting.

You will assist with meeting coordination, records, and data management while upholding confidentiality and delivering exceptional service to the community.

Qualifications

• One year of closely related experience directly related to these duties.
• Preference may be given to bilingual English/Spanish applicants.
• Background check through fingerprinting and RAP Back program requirements.
• Proof of vaccination may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and greets visitors; relays calls and messages.
• Performs customer service functions; provides information on division services.
• Schedules meetings and prepares materials; records meeting minutes.
• Processes vouchers and receipts; reconciles transactions per procedures.
• Maintains office filing systems and handles documents securely.
• Provides information to the public regarding division procedures.
• Maintains program reports, logs, and lists; proofreads documents.
• Utilizes computers and software to support office functions.
