Job summary

Salt Lake County is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to provide customer service and immunization program support. You will be the initial contact for customers, in person or by phone, and assist with information, scheduling, and office operations.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. A background check and vaccination proof may be required, with shifts across multiple public health clinics.

Qualifications

• One year of closely related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; reading/writing/speaking both languages fluently.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and greets visitors; relays calls and messages.
• Provides customer service and information; maintains office coverage.
• Assists with scheduling meetings and taking notes/minutes.
• Processes vouchers, certificates, and receipts; reconciles transactions.
• Maintains agency filing systems and handles confidential documents.
• Receives deliveries and stamps documents for distribution.
• Provides information to the public regarding Division procedures.
• Reviews late appeal criteria with customers.
• Analyzes program reports and proofreads documents.
• Supports office functions with computers and software.
