Responsibilities

• Provide management and guidance to nursing programs within the department.
• Supervise nurses and staff as assigned.
• Coordinate nursing services across local health department programs.
• Interpret and implement policies to ensure uniform delivery of nursing services.
• Oversee performance evaluations and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare formal reports for local/state agencies.
• Directly deliver limited client care as needed.
