Job summary

The City of Berkeley's Public Health Division seeks a Supervising Public Health Nurse to lead programs dedicated to health equity and community well‑being. You will supervise nursing and support staff, direct the Family Support Services Unit or the Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Unit, and help shape goals and policies.

Qualifications

Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in nursing.
Four years of general public health nursing experience with involvement in project leadership or program planning, including one year of lead-level experience.
A master's degree in public health or public health nursing is desirable.
California RN License and California State Public Health Nursing Certificate are required.
