Knowledge of current health care and wellness techniques. Ability to read and understand technical materials, reports and journals relating to community health. Ability to measure and dispense medications by weight of patient Skill to effectively communicate, orally, written, and via a computer, to patients, community groups and employees. Advanced computer skills required. Experience with spreadsheets required. Good organizational skills are a must. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to function as a team member. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
Associate degree in Nursing and six months to one year of experience in a nursing position required. License as a Registered Nurse (RN) and a valid Texas driver's license required. CPR certification.
