Citizen Potawatomi Nation Health Services seeks an LPN to assist the Infection Control/Public Health Coordinator with protocols, outreach, patient education, and nursing duties.

The role involves coordinating with public health for staff development, patient communications, and ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced clinical environment in Oklahoma. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oklahoma as an LPN.
• Experience in public health or clinical setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Infection Control/Public Health Coordinator with protocols and SOPs.
• Plan and attend outreach events/programs, internally and externally.
• Support Employee Health, Workers’ Compensation, PHIDDO system management, and STI/disease intervention case management.
• Notify patients by phone or mail regarding lab work or diagnostic testing.
• Provide patient instruction regarding medications, tests, lab results, and documents in the EHR.
• Witness consent forms and advance directives as needed.
• Deliver general nursing care within scope of practice.
• Assist in staff training to maintain high standards and safety.
• Provide staffing coverage in Public Health when needed.
• Coordinate supplies and equipment with the Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
