Qualifications

• Experience with bioinformatics toolkits, databases and scripting (Python/R/Shell).
• Experience with Nextflow on Linux HPC environments.
• Experience with NGS/omics data and public health genomics workflows.
• Knowledge of nf-core compliance and data management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Statistical techniques for omics data; multivariate analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
• Eligibility for Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
