The Environmental Health Services Division of the Maryland Department of Health’s Frederick County Health Department is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist. The role involves greeting clients, advising visitors on division matters, and directing them to the proper internal sources.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical experience.
• 30 college credits may substitute for one year of experience.
• Military service may substitute for required experience in certain clerical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and visitors at the Environmental Health Services Division front desk.
• Advise visitors on division matters and refer to internal sources.
• Collect and receip t fees for services performed in the division.
• Assist the division secretary with burn permits, information requests and food permits.
• Provide administrative support to activities that protect the environment and public health.
