Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Public Health, Behavioral Science, or related field completed within the last five years.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and methods.
• Experience with data collection and analysis using software (R, SAS, Qualtrics, PowerBI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Apply CDC evaluation framework to program evaluation and strengthen OLSR's mission.
• Develop logic models describing the program and indicators for evaluation.
• Write evaluation questions and indicators for data collection instruments.
• Develop data collection instruments and collect/analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Share evaluation results and support data visualization and partnerships.
