Qualifications

• Master's Degree received within the last 50 months or anticipated by 12/31/2026.
• Discipline areas include Life Health and Medical Sciences and Social/Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience or knowledge in public health preparedness and response is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity with statistics.

Responsibilities

• Support public health preparedness and response efforts for priority populations before, during, and after emergencies.
• Develop evidence-based tools, resources, trainings, and communication materials for infectious-disease prevention and control.
• Collaborate with CDC programs, centers, institutes, offices, and NGOs on multidisciplinary preparedness efforts.
• Contribute to dissemination and implementation activities with national relevance.
