The incumbent will supervise Environmental Supervisors and field staff, ensure program compliance, coordinate training, and prepare technical reports while managing complex inspections and community outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required coursework in public health or environmental science.
• Certified Environmental Health Professional in Onsite Sewage.
• Willingness to travel up to 100+ miles daily in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Supervisors and staff in the Onsite Sewage Program.
• Promote and protect public health through inspections and compliance.
• Train and direct staff; complete on-site quality control inspections.
• Prepare reports on program compliance and apply regulations accordingly.
• Utilize MS Office and Environmental Health Database for documentation.
• Participate in public education and training sessions on health rules.
