Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting and coordinating volunteers.
• Experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours.
• Knowledge of emergency response planning, training and exercises.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Assists with MRC program planning and evaluation within preparedness plans.
• Assists with ongoing recruitment for medical and non-medical MRC volunteers and maintains a database.
• Assists with Development and maintenance of Training and Exercise Plan for HCPH MRC.
• Conducts learning opportunities for MRC volunteers through trainings, drills and exercises.
• Helps with monthly reports on MRC membership, activities, plans, verification and budget.
• Maintains proficiency in incident management framework and supports logistical needs during emergencies.
