Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data-driven professional to assist in evaluating public health programs and measuring performance. You will collect and validate data, create analyses, and develop dashboards to communicate findings.

You will work with teams to refine indicators, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions for clients, including federal or DoD stakeholders, under an earned trust framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in program evaluation, public health research, data analytics, performance measurement, or related consulting.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of program evaluation and performance measurement activities for public health programs.
• Collect, organize, maintain, and validate program data to support analysis and reporting.
• Analyze and visualize data using tools such as R and Power BI to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Support responses to data requests from program teams, clients, and stakeholders.
