Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Public Health Analyst I to support data management and help desk activities for DHQP (Vaccine) Surveillance Branch. The role involves facilitating NHSN enrollment, triaging complex issues to SMEs, and maintaining user documentation.

The position requires 1–2 years in public health or related fields, with potential engagement in CDC response activities and EOC staffing as part of the DHQP Team.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 1 help desk support for an average of 200 email tickets per workday; provide technical support.
• Assist users in acquiring digital credentials via SAMS.
• Enroll facilities in NHSN as needed.
• Triage Level 2 support to SMEs.
• Create and manage up-to-date user support documentation for NHSN users and partners.
• Submit system change requests and perform application testing.
