Responsibilities

• Deliver samples to the laboratory and pick up from the client as scheduled.
• Maintain safe driving practices and driving record.
• Provide courteous client service and communicate client requirements to the laboratory.
• Ensure samples are stored at the correct temperature.
• Maintain records of mileage and vehicle maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and document deviations in the system.
• Assist laboratory personnel with preparation, analysis, and washing as needed.
• Support quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
