Responsibilities

• Drive to dairy facilities to pick up milk samples and deliver to the laboratory.
• Maintain a safe driving record acceptable to the company’s insurer.
• Provide courteous client service and communicate client requirements to the lab as needed.
• Follow all SOPs and maintain sample integrity and correct temperature.
• Maintain mileage, vehicle maintenance, and other records for departmental purposes.
• Perform errands for laboratory personnel to aid timely analysis.
• Assist laboratory staff with sample preparation and analysis as needed.
• Support quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Identify departures from the quality system and document observations as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform other related duties.
