Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of contract experience, invoicing, monitoring and problem solving.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience reviewing or managing vendor/contract agreements.
• Experience with contract process from initiation to execution or closeout.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Enforce contract terms and serve as liaison on contracts, MOAs, MOUs.
• Prepare and execute contractual documents and attachments.
• Process contracts/agreements, renewals, amendments, and close-outs with maintained files.
• Monitor provider performance and programmatic terms.
• Prepare monitoring reports and corrective action plans.
• Process invoices and approve provider deliverables for payment.
• Review cost analysis/budget documentation and reconciliations.
• Complete mandatory training and participate in related activities.
