Zusammenfassung

Harris County Public Health is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to build and sustain partnerships across diverse communities, plan engagement strategies, and evaluate program impact. The role emphasizes maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

You will collaborate with communications and engagement teams, deliver public outreach, and support ongoing health initiatives in Harris County.

Qualifikationen

Requires Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1 year of experience, OR an associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite for documentation, data analysis, presentations, and communication.
Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work with diverse communities.

Aufgaben

Fosters and maintains relationships with diverse communities and local agencies within Harris County.
Plans, develops, and implements community engagement strategies and programs.
Delivers presentations to community groups and stakeholders to raise awareness and collaboration.
Acts as division representative in task forces and advisory groups to support initiatives.
Performs needs assessments, data reporting, and program evaluations with metrics.
