Qualifications

• An earned doctorate in public health or a closely related field.
• ABD candidates encouraged to apply; degree expected by December 31, 2026.
• Doctoral training in public health, population health, epidemiology, health promotion, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching and student mentorship at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Evidence of scholarly activity appropriate to career stage (publications, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate public health courses aligned with programmatic and accreditation requirements.
• Develop and revise curricula, learning outcomes, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Mentor students through capstone projects, internships, and research experiences.
• Establish and sustain an independent or collaborative program of scholarship.
• Collaborate with faculty and community partners on research and public health practice.
• Engage in service activities at departmental, school, and institutional levels.
