The Division of Family and Child Health (DFCH) of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene oversees programs that support physical and socio-emotional health, promote primary and reproductive health, and advance health equity and social justice for NYC families and children. The division includes the Bureau of Maternal Infant and Reproductive Health, the Bureau of Early Intervention, the Office of School Health, and the Bureau of Administration.
