Job summary

Responsibilities

• supervise daily operations of Business Services and oversee budget preparation.
• conduct internal audits and maintain documents for audits and compliance.
• prepare financial statements for general fund, grants, and programs; assist year-end closing.
• process budget transfers and journal entries; analyze variances with department heads.
• provide training and workshops on budget development for administrators and staff.
• coordinate activities with other departments and district office; manage billing and collections.
