The position requires at least 2 years of experience in public finance, real estate, or corporate finance. Responsabilités

• Research federal and state law, including securities and lending laws.
• Prepare and review transaction documents, including loan agreements.
• Prepare and review underwriting documents, including offering documents.
• Interact and communicate with clients and other transaction parties.
