Kutak Rock seeks an Associate to join the Community Development Finance practice in our Omaha office. This role suits an attorney with interest in transactional matters, including community development finance, tax, real estate, and lending, while collaborating with experienced partners.

Formación

• Must be admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license or eligible for admission within the first year.
• Experience or coursework in transactional matters including finance, accounting, tax, or real estate law preferred but not required.
• Candidates with excellent academic credentials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct due diligence and prepare diligence checklists and memoranda for large real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate operating agreements, loan documents, leases, guarantees, opinions, and related commercial documents.
• Coordinate transaction closing processes.
