• Extensive finance and budgeting experience in a complex organization.
• Experience interpreting complex financial data for concise reports.
• Direct experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets with multiple funding sources.
• Experience with contract management and oversight in public sector.

Aufgaben

• Provide fiscal control and oversight of a large annual budget and levy funds.
• Ensure compliance with city/state requirements and audits.
• Develop and oversee annual budget process with Mayor's Office, Budget Office, and City Council.
• Manage implementation of investment directives from Mayor and City Council.
• Oversee grants/contracts and financial relationships with partners (schools, colleges, public health).
• Develop policies and oversight of financial management and accountability systems.
• Oversee levy funding processes and ensure fair, legal contracts.
• Lead and manage financial reporting to Levy Oversight Committee and leadership.
