• Examines internal control framework, including control environment, risk assessment, and monitoring.
• Researches laws, regulations, and resources related to county treasurer offices under review.
• Evaluates IT systems used by county treasurer offices for financial management.
• Helps make impactful recommendations to promote better government.
• Follows up on recommendations annually to assess progress.
