Interlink Recruitment in San Francisco is seeking a Public Finance Associate with 2–4 years of law firm experience to join the Public Finance Group. The role involves advising on sophisticated public finance transactions for government entities, nonprofits, and investment banks.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience with public finance transactions, the UCC, or securities law is preferred but not required.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and compliance with CA bar requirements.
• Strong academic credentials and writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client service skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on a wide range of public finance transactions.
• Assist with municipal bond issuances, notes, and other taxable and tax-exempt financings.
• Work on public infrastructure and capital improvement projects.
• Support financings for nonprofit healthcare, educational, cultural, and low-income housing facilities.
• Assist with financings involving energy, water, wastewater, multifamily housing, and other development projects.
• Work on public-private partnerships, securitizations, and secondary market transactions.
• Support matters involving IRS audits, SEC investigations, enforcement actions, bankruptcies, and workouts, as applicable.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to execute complex financing transactions.
