Job summary

Peregrine Search Solutions seeks an Accounting Analyst to support the administration of special financing districts across Texas. You will prepare SAP/AIR updates, maintain financial records, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and dynamic spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare account administration deliverables and updates (SAP, AIRs, Quarterly Developer Disclosures, Draw Requests, Debt Service transfers, Bond Fund reports).
• Review data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation for districts.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables and support special projects.
• Respond to client and stakeholder inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate information requests and provide project updates.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track billable time and support utilization goals.
• Maintain organized project documentation in company systems.
• Identify process improvements and assist with efficiency initiatives.
