Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and replace plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related components as needed.
• Operate electrical metering devices, power tools, and related equipment.
• Maintain records of equipment, services, and hours using computer systems.
• Respond to day or night emergency calls and document outcomes.
