Job summary

Responsibilities

• Indoor Cleaning: Clean floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using routine manual methods
• Restroom Care: Clean restrooms and replace needed supplies
• Grounds Maintenance: Maintain outside areas by mowing grass, clearing snow, and sweeping walkways
• Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste paper and building trash in the correct manner
• Minor Repairs: Make small repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and building features
• Daily Communication: Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to complete assigned tasks
