Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Ticketmaster event programming using Ticketmaster suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports communications with event promoters and ticket providers on event builds and pricing.
• Develops and executes strategic plans for ticket scaling and inventory allocation.
• Manages ticketed event programming and maintenance using Ticketmaster tools and TM1.
• Provides end-to-end support from planning through post-event settlement and reporting.
• Manages ticketing database, Archtics, and CRM to support sales and services.
• Leads full-time and part-time staff on projects and training.
• Collaborates with Finance, StadOps, Legal, analytics, and service teams.
• Acts as day-to-day contact with the venue's ticket partner.
