BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Public Entity Litigation Attorney to join our Newport Beach, California office. You will defend public entities in litigation, shaping legal strategy from inception to resolution and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate has a JD, admission to the California State Bar, 1+ years of civil litigation experience, strong research and drafting skills, and the ability to manage a caseload both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.
• Experience with public entity defense is a plus.
• Strong research, drafting, and client interaction skills.
• Depositions, motions, and mediations preferred.
