Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Public Construction Project Manager in Brooklyn, NY to oversee large NYC agency projects, including a major elevator replacement in an occupied building.

You will implement and maintain project controls with the team, assist pre-construction activities, and manage all site activities. Requires 8+ years of NYC public project experience on projects of $20M+ and local NYC residency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on NYC public construction projects.
• Experience with agencies: DCAS, OGS, DASNY, etc.
• Experience managing 100% of projects.
• Must be local to New York, NY and able to work on NYC sites.
• DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA.

Responsibilities
