Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid to senior level transactional associate to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will represent large Nasdaq and NYSE-listed public company clients and handle complex securities, corporate governance, and capital markets matters.

The role requires a JD with at least four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm, and licensing to practice law in the appropriate

Qualifications

• > Minimum of four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm.
• < Experience with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is a plus.
• < Proficiency in Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters.
• < Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for licensing.
• < JD from an accredited law school.
• < Excellent academic credentials.
• < Strong written and oral communication skills.
