Qualifications

• Minimum four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm.
• Experience with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for licensing.
