Qualifications

• Four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm.
• Experience with Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters.
• Prior service with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to become licensed.

Responsibilities
