Job summary

Align Technology seeks an experienced Corporate Governance & Securities Counsel, Director, based at our Tempe, Arizona headquarters. The role partners with senior leaders to steward corporate governance, SEC reporting, and public company compliance across a global organization.

The ideal candidate will lead board and committee governance, supervise disclosure controls, and drive governance transformation leveraging AI and digital tools.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Significant experience with SEC reporting, securities compliance, and board matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance processes for the Board and committees.
• Oversee SEC reporting and disclosure processes (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements).
• Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, and executive leadership on earnings prep and disclosures.
• Manage subsidiary governance and governance transformation initiatives.
• Drive AI-enabled governance modernization and digital governance initiatives.
