Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting experience in a public financial services or insurance company.
• Experience in preparing Form 10-K and 10-Q filings.
• Strong knowledge of Statutory Accounting Principles and NAIC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting function and financial reporting.
• Lead preparation and filing of Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
