Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3 years in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.
• Manage internal and external reporting packages for banks and lenders.
• Lead acquisition integration from a financial reporting perspective.
• Plan and execute the annual external audit.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce accounting policies.
