Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.
• Manage internal and external reporting packages for banks and lenders.
• Lead acquisition integration from a financial reporting perspective.
• Plan and execute the annual external audit.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce accounting policies.
