Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in construction, building maintenance, and/or general repair work.
• Valid Virginia driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen results must be acceptable.
• Preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical or related.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems is desirable.

Responsibilities
