The Department of Social Services (DSS) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is seeking an Economic Assistance Benefits Specialist. The role involves interviewing clients, assessing life circumstances and financial capabilities to determine eligibility for multiple social service programs, and connecting them with available resources to improve self-sufficiency.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
