Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with major course work in social services preferred.
• Ability to interview applicants to determine program eligibility and document findings.
• Knowledge of confidentiality rules including HIPAA regulations and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Determines financial eligibility for Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, ERDC, and other programs.
• Collects, reviews, and processes financial documentation within mandated timeframes.
• Provides customer service and counseling on benefits and enrollment procedures.
