Job summary

Ensemble is seeking an Eligibility Services Supervisor in Oklahoma City to oversee day-to-day operations within the Eligibility Services department and to serve as a subject matter expert on relevant benefits programs. You will coach staff, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality service for patients and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department. Monitors productivity and ensure quality standards.
  • Acts as subject matter expert for department policies, procedures, and government benefit programs.
  • Monitors workflow and action planning for KPI achievement and staff coaching opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains proactive relationships with county/state/federal Medicaid caseworkers and partners.
  • Collaborates with other revenue cycle departments including Case Management and Financial Counseling.
  • Assists Manager/Director with staff time & attendance compliance.
  • Travel may be required and other duties as assigned.

This position pays between $54,700.00- $68,375.00 based on experience.

Supervises the day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department. Maintains thorough working knowledge of department policies and procedures to act as subject matter expert for business process questions. Maintains thorough working knowledge of relevant federal, state and county benefit program requirements and shares with staff as appropriate. Monitors individual and team productivity and work quality levels to identify coaching or counseling opportunities. Acts as floater to erase deficiencies when work volume spikes or staffing gaps are present.

  • Monitors workflow and action planning for successful KPI measures. Functions as subject matter expert and staff resource for department policies & procedures, hospital system policies and procedures, and government benefit programs.
  • Assists Manager or Director with staff time & attendance compliance.
  • Develops & maintains proactive working relationship with county/state/federal Medicaid caseworker partners.
  • Works collaboratively with other revenue cycle departments and associates with a special emphasis on Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling and Physician office staff.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
