Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a closely related field.
Three to seven years of job-related experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Experience leading a team of Grants Specialists or similar roles.

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of all program areas within the Public Assistance Division.
Develops and maintains cooperative working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Conducts research to generate reports and respond to questions.
Analyzes problems and develops recommendations for resolution.
Provides training, mentoring and leadership to staff.
Reviews expenditures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Reviews final grant documentation for required format.
