Job summary

Metro Arts, Nashville's Office of Arts + Culture, seeks a Public Art Manager to lead program management, policy development, and financial oversight for Nashville/Davidson County's public art initiatives. Responsibilities

• Public Art Program Oversight: Oversees development of high impact public art projects from conception to installation, including artist selection and progress monitoring.
• Public Art Program Development and Planning: Leads strategic planning and implementation of the Public Art Community Investment Plan and evaluates progress.
• Supervision and Team Leadership: Supervises four direct reports (three Project Managers and one Collections Manager) and conducts annual reviews.
• Agency Leadership: Serves on the leadership team and collaborates on agency-wide initiatives and external communications.
