Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas across our hotels. The role includes upkeep of lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, with responsibilities spanning basic housekeeping tasks as needed and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Upkeep the public areas.
• Assist with housekeeping as needed (changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, cleaning).
• Involvement in preventative maintenance programs.
• Recognize and report safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain storeroom shelf organization and replenish supplies.
• Clean furniture, elevators, glass, planters, fixtures, carpets, and walls in public areas.
• Deliver special request items to guest rooms.
