Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across our hotel rooms and public areas. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and adherence to brand and IHM standards.

Flexible scheduling may be required. The position involves basic housekeeping tasks, interaction with guests, and reporting any issues to supervisors. Training and growth opportunities are provided within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving issues.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to interact positively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning and rearranging the room after guests check out.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances.
