Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of public areas and corridors in our Ashburn hotel. The role may require flexible scheduling to meet guest needs and occupancy fluctuations.

You will assist with housekeeping duties as needed, handle preventative maintenance tasks, and report safety hazards. Strong guest service, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed (changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting)
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs
• Identify and report safety hazards to supervisors
• Maintain storeroom shelf organization and replenish supplies
• Clean furniture, elevators, glass, fixtures, carpets, walls in public areas
• Deliver special request items to guest rooms
