Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Patriot Place, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a Full Time Houseperson to maintain public areas and support the housekeeping team in Foxborough, MA. You will manage daily tasks, stock supplies, and assist guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires reliability, customer-focused service, and the ability to work a rotational 7-day schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Medical, dental, and hotel discount programs are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Remain discreet and respect privacy of guests.
• Excellent customer service skills, pleasant and friendly.
• Detail oriented and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments from MOD and prioritize items.
• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Check cleaning cart inventory and transport supplies.
• Clean and maintain hotel exterior and entrances.
• Deep clean assigned areas including carpets and fixtures.
• Dust, polish furniture, remove marks from walls.
• Deliver items to guest rooms on request from front desk.
• Ensure soiled linens are laundered and folded.
• Notify maintenance of repairs as needed.
• Set up function/meeting rooms per sheets.
• Move furniture and turn mattresses.
• Empty trash and manage lost-and-found.
